Spicy Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots

Ingredients
- 10 thin slices of bacon
- 10 frozen tater tots
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Lay the bacon slices flat on a working surface.
- Place a tater tot on one end of each slice, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, and roll the bacon around it.
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Place the wrapped tater tots in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15-16 minutes, until crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, and chili powder to make the sauce.
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve the bacon-wrapped tater tots warm with the spicy dipping sauce on the side.
