Spicy Cheesy Beef Burrito

Ingredients
- 1 pound rump steak
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon piri piri powder
- 1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss the rump steak with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, piri piri powder, Mexican oregano, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned steak in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the steak and slice it thinly against the grain.
- Return the sliced steak to the Air Fryer, sprinkle with the Mexican cheese blend, and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture onto the wheat tortillas.
- Top each with shredded iceberg lettuce, roll into burrito form, and serve warm.
