Ingredients
- 500 grams unseasoned half-and-half minced meat
- ½ packet Verstegen hamburger seasoning
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce ketjap manis
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
Instructions
- Knead the minced meat with the hamburger seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs into a large ball.
- Add extra breadcrumbs if the mixture is too sticky.
- Roll small meatballs from the mixture and fry them in butter until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare a marinade by combining sambal oelek, ketchup, and sweet soy sauce.
- Pour this mixture over the meatballs on high heat and toss them well, allowing the marinade to coat the meatballs thoroughly.
- Let the meatballs cool down and enjoy them as a tasty cocktail snack!
