Spicy Mexican Rocketship Steak Marinade

Ingredients
Enough for marinating approximately 4 steaks
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup soy sauce gluten-free if needed
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sea salt or kosher salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine hot sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, dried cilantro, fajita seasoning mix, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Place steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness.
