Summer Turkey and Pork Meatballs with Manchego

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ pound ground pork
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ cup grated Manchego cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onions
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic finely chopped
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, ground pork, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, basil, rosemary, grated Manchego cheese, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
- Place the meatballs in the basket in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook the meatballs for 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
