Sumptuous Indonesian Beef with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pounds filet mignon sliced into bite-sized strips
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place the beef strips in a large ceramic dish.
- Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil, tamari sauce, ginger-garlic paste, mustard, honey, and chili powder.
- Mix well, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Cook the marinated beef in the Air Fryer for 18 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice, red pepper flakes, and water to make the sauce.
