Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

- 4 pounds chicken wings about 20 wings
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ⅛ cup water
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, and then place in slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water, soy sauce, hot sauce and garlic.
- Stir together well and then pour over chicken wings.
- Stir chicken wings to completely coat in sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.
