Swiss chard bowl with apple and walnuts

Ingredients

  • 60 g romaine lettuce
  • 40 g spinach
  • 20 g Mangold
  • 20 g arugula
  • 2 small apples
  • 50 g pomegranate seeds
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 2 stalks of parsley
  • ½ freshly squeezedlemon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar

Instructions

  • Rinse the salads and spin dry.
  • Rinse the apples, cut in half, remove the core and cut into thin strips.
  • Rinse the parsley and pluck the leaves off.
  • Arrange the lettuce leaves in two bowls.
  • Spread the apples, walnuts and pomegranate seeds on top of the salad and grate the parmesan.
  • For the dressing, mix the oil, lemon juice and agave syrup in a small bowl.
  • Then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley leaves.
