Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 can water
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 green pepper finely chopped
  • Steak
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

  • Roll steak in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper, then pound.
  • Brown steak and place in heavy kettle with other ingredients.
  • Add browning mixture.
  • Put in the oven at 300-310º for 2-3
  • hours.
