Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Saté With Spicy Peanut Sauce

Saté is the Indonesian version of kabobs. Following tradition, our recipe is served with a peanut sauce, that gets a kick from red pepper.

Ingredients

Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings

    Prep: 30 min., Soak: 30 min., Grill: 8 min.

    • 15 6-inch wooden skewers
    • pounds teriyaki pork tenderloin cut into ¾-inch cubes
    • 2 bunches green onions cut into ¾-inch pieces
    • Vegetable cooking spray
    • Garnish: green onion curls
    • Spicy Peanut Sauce

    Instructions

    • Thread pork and green onions onto 15 (6-inch) skewers; coat with cooking spray.
    • Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done.

    Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:

    Garnish, if desired, and serve with Spicy Peanut Sauce.
