Ingredients

  • 2 ½ pounds turkey tenderloin sliced into pieces
  • ½ head garlic peeled and halved
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Gravy:

  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F.
  • Rub the turkey tenderloins with garlic halves, then season with marjoram, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Place the seasoned turkey tenderloins in the Air Fryer and cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until an instant-read thermometer reaches 165°F in the center.
  • To make the gravy, transfer the drippings from the Air Fryer to a saucepan.
  • Add 1 cup of broth and 1/6 cup of flour, whisking until smooth.
  • Once the mixture turns golden brown, add the remaining vegetable broth and flour.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 7 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve the warm gravy over the turkey tenderloin and enjoy!
