Thanksgiving Turkey Tenderloin with Savory Gravy
Tender turkey tenderloin with a rich, homemade gravy perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ pounds turkey tenderloin sliced into pieces
- ½ head garlic peeled and halved
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Gravy:
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F.
- Rub the turkey tenderloins with garlic halves, then season with marjoram, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Place the seasoned turkey tenderloins in the Air Fryer and cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until an instant-read thermometer reaches 165°F in the center.
- To make the gravy, transfer the drippings from the Air Fryer to a saucepan.
- Add 1 cup of broth and 1/6 cup of flour, whisking until smooth.
- Once the mixture turns golden brown, add the remaining vegetable broth and flour.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 7 minutes until thickened.
- Serve the warm gravy over the turkey tenderloin and enjoy!
