Topped Banana Panini
Any time you add a banana to your recipe, you can never go wrong. The cuisine is suitable for both children and adults.
Ingredients
- 3 sliced ripe bananas
- 12 slices whole-wheat bread
- 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 16 tbsp softened unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill, then grease the grate lightly.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas, ensuring they become smooth.
- Place six slices of bread on a platter, then divide the banana mash on each one.
- Top with hazelnut spread.
- Cover the slices with banana with the remaining bread slices.
- Spread the butter on both sandwich sides.
- Cook the sandwiches on the grill until both sides turn golden brown.
- Remove from the grill, then dust the sandwiches with the sugar.
- Serve when hot.
