Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • ½ cup crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to the blender.
  • Peel and add the banana to the blender.
  • Grate fresh ginger root and add 1/4 teaspoon to the blender.
  • Add crushed ice or small ice cubes.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
