Ingredients
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- ½ banana
- ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger root
- ½ cup crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the orange juice, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to the blender.
- Peel and add the banana to the blender.
- Grate fresh ginger root and add 1/4 tsp to the blender.
- Add the crushed ice or small ice cubes.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

This smoothie is non-alcoholic, so a wine pairing is not applicable. However, for a complementary adult beverage, a light and fruity Prosecco would pair nicely with similar tropical flavors.
