Turkey & Swiss Reuben Sandwich

The recipe is an inspiration from a Jewish staple. It has very few calories, and half of the saturated fat in use is traditional.

Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp Russian dressing
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb. pastrami turkey
  • 4 slices of low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 8 toasted rye bread slices
  • 1 cup bottled sauerkraut

Instructions

  • On separate 4 plates, divide the pastrami.
  • Top the pastrami with cheese, then microwave them for 40 seconds per plate.
  • Lay the slices of bread on a flat surface.
  • Top the slices with some chunk of sauerkraut.
  • Add the cheese mixture, black, and use the dressing to top it.
  • Cover with the remaining bread slices.
  • Serve and enjoy
