Turkey & Swiss Reuben Sandwich
The recipe is an inspiration from a Jewish staple. It has very few calories, and half of the saturated fat in use is traditional.
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Russian dressing
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 lb. pastrami turkey
- 4 slices of low-fat Swiss cheese
- 8 toasted rye bread slices
- 1 cup bottled sauerkraut
Instructions
- On separate 4 plates, divide the pastrami.
- Top the pastrami with cheese, then microwave them for 40 seconds per plate.
- Lay the slices of bread on a flat surface.
- Top the slices with some chunk of sauerkraut.
- Add the cheese mixture, black, and use the dressing to top it.
- Cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Serve and enjoy
