Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:

Wine Advice:

Pair this hearty Ukrainian Beef Goulash with a medium-bodied red wine such as Cabernet Franc or Merlot. The wine’s acidity and fruitiness will complement the richness of the dish. Alternatively, you can enjoy it with a glass of Ukrainian red wine such as Saperavi. Remember to drink responsibly and in moderation.
