  • 4 soft rolls
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 4 pickles sliced

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  • Sauté the chopped onion until golden and translucent, about 4 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds, or until aromatic.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin; set aside.
  • Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring and crumbling with a fork.
  • Mix in the onion mixture until well combined.
  • Shape the chicken mixture into patties and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F (182°C) and cook the patties for 6 minutes.
  • Flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Work in batches if necessary.
  • Spread ketchup, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Top each with a chicken patty, green onions, and pickle slices.
