Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion peeled and finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pound ground chicken breast
- 4 soft rolls
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 4 pickles sliced
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion until golden and translucent, about 4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds, or until aromatic.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin; set aside.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring and crumbling with a fork.
- Mix in the onion mixture until well combined.
- Shape the chicken mixture into patties and place them in the Air Fryer basket.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F (182°C) and cook the patties for 6 minutes.
- Flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Work in batches if necessary.
- Spread ketchup, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each roll.
- Top each with a chicken patty, green onions, and pickle slices.
