  • 1 or 2 small bananas
  • 12 walnuts
  • 1 whole shredded wheat biscuit or 1/2 cup Grape Nuts
  • Additional options to add/subtract:
  • 2 cups sugar-free frozen fruit
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 peach pitted and chopped
  • 8 oz dried apricots soaked in orange juice
  • 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • Cantaloupe or honeydew melon diced (if in season)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend at high speed until smooth.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more orange juice or yogurt if necessary.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
