- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup grapes essential for sweetness
- 1 apple cored and chopped
- 1 or 2 small bananas
- 12 walnuts
- 1 whole shredded wheat biscuit or 1/2 cup Grape Nuts
- Additional options to add/subtract:
- 2 cups sugar-free frozen fruit
- 1 orange peeled and segmented
- 1 peach pitted and chopped
- 8 oz dried apricots soaked in orange juice
- 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
- Cantaloupe or honeydew melon diced (if in season)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend at high speed until smooth.
- Adjust consistency by adding more orange juice or yogurt if necessary.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
