Ingredients

- ¼ cup 60 ml seasoned rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon 21 g white miso
- 1 tablespoon 21 g agave nectar
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon packed grated gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon 8 g black sesame seeds
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt optional
Instructions
- Whisk together the orange juice, seasoned rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, white miso, and agave nectar in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add the grated garlic and gingerroot, whisking until smooth.
