Ingrediënten
- 1½ cups finely chopped red bell peppers
- 3 garlic cloves large, finely chopped
- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 3-ounce pouch liquid pectin
Instructies
- In a large saucepan, combine peppers, garlic, vinegar, and sugar.
- Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring often.
- Add pectin and bring to a full boil.
- Boil hard for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.

These savory jellies call for liquid pectin, sold in bags or pouches. They are available wherever canning supplies are sold.
