Red Wine-Basil Vinaigrette

- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup light olive oil
- ½ cup loosely packed julienne-sliced fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructies
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until blended.
- Stir in basil and parsley.
