Ingrediënten

Makes 2 cups / Prep: 10 min.

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup light olive oil
  • ½ cup loosely packed julienne-sliced fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructies

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until blended.
  • Stir in basil and parsley.
