Relish-Infused Oat Crackers
These crispy and savory oat crackers, infused with a flavorful relish, are the perfect way to elevate your snacking game. Add salsa as a substitute for relish for an extra twist!

Ingrediënten
- 1 cup 80 g old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup 30 g nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup 28 g garlic dill relish, or salsa
- 3 tablespoons 45 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic grated
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C, or gas mark 4).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Grind the oats into a fine flour using a food processor.
- Add the nutritional yeast, salt, and baking powder to the processor, and pulse several times.
- Add the relish, olive oil, and grated garlic, then pulse until the dough starts to come together.
- Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper or silicone mats to a thickness of just under ¼ inch (6 mm).
- Use a round cookie cutter (1 to 2 inches in diameter) to cut out crackers.
- Re-roll the dough as needed to use it all.
- Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the crackers are light golden brown on the bottom.
- Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet.
