Rhubarb Cake from Olive Jacobson
Ingrediënten
- 1 egg beaten
- 3 cups rhubarb cut in small pieces.
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon soda
- ¾ cup chopped nuts
- dash of salt
Instructies
- Mix egg, sugar, yogurt, flour, soda, salt, and rhubarb.
- Put into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Before baking, sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nuts.
- Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
