Rhubarb Jam
Ingrediënten
- 3 lbs. rhubarb
- ½ cup water
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 oranges
Instructies
- Remove papery skin from rhubarb, then cut into ½” pieces.
- Place in saucepan with water, sugar, zest of oranges, and juice squeezed form oranges.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into jars.
- Process in a boiling-bath for 15 minutes.
