Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
The air fryer roasts pumpkin seeds for crunchy snacking, so you can enjoy low-carb, antioxidant-rich bites for a snack on the run. If you can’t get all of the pumpkin guts off of the seeds once you’ve removed them, don’t sweat it — they are edible and add a little extra flavour!

- 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
- ¾ tablespoon butter melted
- 1 teaspoon salt divided
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon dried chives
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 160°C for 3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, toss seeds with butter and ½ teaspoon salt.
- Place seed mixture in ungreased air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes.
- Using a spatula, turn seeds, then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
- Transfer to a medium serving bowl.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
- Serve.
