Roasted Radishes
Try this dish next to a juicy steak to take the place of a traditional potato side. The garlic and butter transform the meaty-textured radish into a fantastic recipe — without the guilt of a high carb count.

- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 20 medium radishes ends trimmed, quartered
- 1 ½ tablespoons goat cheese crumbles
- ¾ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, garlic and salt.
- Toss radishes in mixture.
- Place radishes in ungreased air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Shake basket, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a large serving dish.
- Toss with goat cheese and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm.
