Roasted Vegetables
A delicious medley of vegetables with paprika, parsley, and balsamic vinegar.
Equipment

Ingrediënten
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 2 cups of diced zucchini 2 cups of mushrooms
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme
- ½ tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructies
- Take a large pan.
- Add the chopped onions and olive oil into it.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Add the chopped garlic into the pan.
- Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and smoked paprika into the pan.
- Cook the ingredients well.
- Add the vegetables into the mixture.
- Bake the vegetable mixture for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Garnish the dish with chopped parsley on top.
- Your dish is ready to be served
