Rolled Sour Cream Sugar Cookies
Ingrediënten
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup lard butter, or margarine
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 7 cups flour
Instructies
- Cream together the sugar, shortening, and eggs.
- Mix baking soda, cream of tartar, and sour cream together.
- Add alternately with flour to the creamed mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
- Roll out dough and cut in desired shapes.
- Bake at 400° for 8–10 minutes.
