Salsa Chicken
This is absolutely the easiest, tastiest and lowest-calorie meal you can prepare in minutes on the hour. Trust your own heat-o-meter when choosing your salsa or make some fruit salsas instead.

- 450 grams approximately 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup mild chunky salsa
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken thighs in square cake barrel.
- Cover with salsa.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Using a meat thermometer, ensure the chicken is at least 75°C.
- Cook for another minute if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
