Saucy Asparagus and Chicken
What is better than saucy and creamy chicken? Saucy asparagus and chicken obviously!
Ingrediënten
- 1 Cup Trimmed and Cooked Asparagus Spears
- 4 Chicken Breasts Skinless Preferred
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ½ Teaspoon Curry Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructies
- Line a pre-greased baking dish with asparagus spears.
- Place chicken breasts on top of it.
- In a small bowl, combine all the rest of the ingredients apart from cheese.
- Pour this mixture on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until the juices run clear.
- Plate and serve.
