- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 ½ cups water
- Cooked egg noodles
Instructies
- In a bowl, combine the beef-flavored rice vermicelli mix, ground beef, and beaten egg, reserving the seasoning packet from the mix.
- Form the mixture into one-inch meatballs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the meatballs, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides; drain any excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine the reserved seasoning packet and water; pour over the meatballs.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for 30 minutes or until the sauce is thickened, and the meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
