Sausage and scallion meatballs, perfect as a quick snack or appetizer!

- 1 ½ pounds beef sausage meat
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons scallions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 teaspoons mustard
- 4 pickled cucumbers
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and spritz the basket with cooking oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, oats, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic, basil, and oregano.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into equal-sized meatballs using a tablespoon for portioning.
- Place the meatballs in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve the meatballs with mustard and pickled cucumbers.
