Tropical Seafood Pizza

Ingrediënten
For the Pizza Base:
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust or traditional if preferred
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Toppings:
- 150 g tomato sauce
- 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ cup pineapple chunks drained
- 100 g mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- ½ tsp chili flakes optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the base.
- Arrange the shrimp, pineapple chunks, and red onion slices evenly over the pizza.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and chili flakes (if using).
- Slice and serve!
