Ingrediënten
- ½ cup 72 g vital wheat gluten flour
- 1 tablespoon 15 ml peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons 16 g nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml water
Instructies
- In a medium-size bowl, combine the wheat gluten and nutritional yeast.
- Stir in the maple syrup, soy sauce, liquid smoke, ketchup, oil, and water.
- Use your fingertips to crumble the mixture.
- Fry in a large-size saucepan over medium-high heat for 8 minutes, or until browned.
