Sesame-Ginger Glazed Chicken Drumettes

- 36 Chicken drumettes bottom part of chicken wing
- 2 teaspoons Ground coriander
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 20 milliliters Garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1 inch Fresh ginger peeled
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1 Onion quartered
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- ½ cup Sesame seeds approx
- 2 teaspoons Salt
Instructies
- Wash the chicken drumettes and pat them dry.
- Place them in a bowl.
- In a blender, combine ground coriander, soy sauce, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, peeled ginger, sesame oil, quartered onion, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and stir to coat all the drumettes well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place the drumettes under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have a golden glaze.
