Simple Prosciutto and Roasted Pepper Panini
You prepare a recipe when you are clueless about what to cook for breakfast or dinner.
Ingrediënten
- 2 oz. sliced prosciutto
- 6 slices roasted red pepper
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 4 slices French bread
- Olive oil
Instructies
- Brush the oil on the bottom side of the bread slices, then place the bottoms on your grill with the oiled part down.
- Spread the pesto on the bottom, then prosciutto, pepper, then cheese.
- Cover with the other slices as you press them down.
- Grill the sandwich for 4 minutes.
