- 1 ½ pounds chicken cubed
- 1 ½ cans 10.5 oz each cream of chicken soup
- 4 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- ½ green bell pepper chopped
- 6 oz mushrooms sliced
- 4 carrots sliced
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 package frozen peas
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructies
- In the slow cooker, combine the green bell pepper, carrots, celery, cream of chicken soup, and flour.
- Stir well.
- Add the cubed chicken, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and chopped onion.
- Mix to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours.
- Add the frozen peas and cook for an additional 45 minutes.
