Smoothie bowl with desiccated coconut

Ingrediënten

  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 200 g pineapple
  • 60 g spinach
  • Lime juice
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 teaspoons grated coconut

Instructies

  • Peel the banana, kiwi fruit and pineapple.
  • Cut everything into large, small pieces.
  • Set aside some of the banana and kiwi for decoration.
  • Puree the banana, kiwi, pineapple, spinach, lime juice and coconut milk.
  • Decorate the smoothie with the rest of the finely chopped banana and kiwi fruit.
  • Scatter chia seeds and desiccated coconut on top.
