Smoothie bowl with mango
Ingrediënten
- 400 g pineapple
- ¼ lime
- ½ orange
- 1 stalk mint
- ½ ripe mango
- ½ banana
- 125 g of natural yoghurt 1,5 % fat
- 75 ml coconut milk 9 % fat
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 4 tablespoons of tender oat flakes
- 4 tablespoons cashews
Instructies
- Halve the pineapple, peel and roughly dice 2/3 of the pulp, cut the remaining pulp into approx.
- 1.
- 5 cm cubes.
- Squeeze the lime and orange separately.
- Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the core into cubes.
- Peel the banana, cut into pieces and drizzle with a little lime juice.
- Finely puree the fruit with the remaining lime juice, yoghurt, orange juice, coconut milk and coconut blossom sugar in a blender.
- Fill into 2 bowls and sprinkle with oat flakes.
- Chop roughlythe cashew nuts.
- Garnish the smoothie bowl with cashew nuts, diced pineapple and mint leaves and serve immediately.
