Ingrediënten

  • 400 g pineapple
  • ¼ lime
  • ½ orange
  • 1 stalk mint
  • ½ ripe mango
  • ½ banana
  • 125 g of natural yoghurt 1,5 % fat
  • 75 ml coconut milk 9 % fat
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of tender oat flakes
  • 4 tablespoons cashews

Instructies

  • Halve the pineapple, peel and roughly dice 2/3 of the pulp, cut the remaining pulp into approx.
  • 1.
  • 5 cm cubes.
  • Squeeze the lime and orange separately.
  • Wash mint, shake dry and pluck leaves.
  • Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the core into cubes.
  • Peel the banana, cut into pieces and drizzle with a little lime juice.
  • Finely puree the fruit with the remaining lime juice, yoghurt, orange juice, coconut milk and coconut blossom sugar in a blender.
  • Fill into 2 bowls and sprinkle with oat flakes.
  • Chop roughlythe cashew nuts.
  • Garnish the smoothie bowl with cashew nuts, diced pineapple and mint leaves and serve immediately.
