  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • ½ cup tomato juice or water
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. spaghetti noodles uncooked

Instructies

  • In a Dutch oven, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, chopped onion, minced garlic, mushrooms with liquid, nutmeg, and sugar.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil on the stovetop.
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Cover the Dutch oven and transfer it to the oven.
