Equipment

  • large pan

Ingrediënten

  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 cups of boiled chickpeas
  • ½ tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
  • A pinch of salt

Instructies

  • Take a large pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and olive oil into it.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Add the chopped garlic into the pan.
  • Add the boiled chickpeas, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika into the pan.
  • Cook the ingredients well.
  • Add the tomatoes puree into the mixture.
  • Cook mixture for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • Garnish the dish with chopped parsley on top.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
