Spanish Chickpeas
Chickpeas with spices, olive oil, and parsley.

- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 2 cups of boiled chickpeas
- ½ tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper 1 cup of tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
- A pinch of salt
Instructies
- Take a large pan.
- Add the chopped onions and olive oil into it.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Add the chopped garlic into the pan.
- Add the boiled chickpeas, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika into the pan.
- Cook the ingredients well.
- Add the tomatoes puree into the mixture.
- Cook mixture for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Garnish the dish with chopped parsley on top.
- Your dish is ready to be served.
