- ¼ cup chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 4 medium or 8 small new potatoes about 2-inch size
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 or 8 large eggs at room temperature
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground pork, sweet paprika, hot paprika, salt, chopped garlic, and broth.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight for the flavors to marinate.
- Place the new potatoes in a medium saucepan, cover with cold water, and add salt.
- Bring to a simmer over low heat.
