  • ½ cup refried beans
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Cotija cheese shredded
  • 8 roll wrappers
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructies

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F (200°C).
  • Heat sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté scallions, garlic, and bell pepper until tender and fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, oregano, marjoram, and chili powder.
  • Cook until the beef is browned, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in refried beans, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  • Divide the beef and bean mixture evenly among the wrappers.
  • Top each wrapper with shredded Cotija cheese, then roll them up.
  • Lightly spritz the roll-ups with cooking oil on all sides.
  • Place the rolls in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 11–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
