Spicy Chicken And Sausage Soup

- 1¼ lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes undrained
- 1¾ cups chicken broth from 32-oz carton
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 8 oz cooked kielbasa sliced
- 1 cup frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry from 1-lb bag, thawed
- ½ cup uncooked instant white rice
Instructies
- Spray 3- to 3½-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- In slow cooker, mix chicken, tomatoes, broth, water and pepper sauce.
- Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 10 hours.
- Stir in kielbasa, stir-fry vegetables and rice.
- Increase heat setting to High; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer or until rice is tender.

Quick Variation:
Season this soup to suit your family. For a spicier flavor, increase the amount of pepper sauce. Also, any cooked spicy sausage can be used — try turkey kielbasa or smoked sausage for a change of flavor.
