About This Recipe
Spicy Chorizo, Cranberry & Cornbread Stuffing brings something refreshingly bold to the holiday table. While traditional stuffing is comforting and familiar, this version offers contrast in every bite — heat from the smoky chorizo, bursts of sweetness from cranberries, and the rustic, crumbly texture of cornbread. The combination of sweet and spicy flavors makes this dish stand out, and its rich, hearty ingredients make it a memorable addition to Christmas dinners, Thanksgiving, or any cozy autumn or winter gathering.

Using plant-based chorizo keeps the recipe vegetarian while still delivering the characteristic spiced flavor profile associated with chorizo. Cornbread works as the ideal base because it absorbs broth without becoming mushy, creating a crisp top and moist center.
