- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
- Sea salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Korean chili powder
- ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon shallot powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 357°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, scallions, salt, black pepper, Gochugaru, marjoram, thyme, mustard seeds, shallot powder, cumin, paprika, and liquid smoke.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
- Lightly spritz both sides of the patties with cooking oil.
- Place the patties in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 18 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Serve warm, with or without hamburger buns, and enjoy!
