Spicy Orange Glazed Chicken Wings with Tangy Blue Cheese Dip

- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Orange juice
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Reduced-calorie tub margarine
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 3 drops Red pepper sauce
- 1 ½ pounds Chicken wings
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Diced celery
- ½ cup Plain low-fat yogurt
- ¾ ounce Crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
Instructies
- For the Wings:
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped onion, ketchup, orange juice, reduced-calorie tub margarine, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and red pepper sauce.
- Microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring once.
- Remove the skin from chicken wings with a sharp knife.
- Place the wings in an 11 x 7″ baking pan in a single layer, then sprinkle with black pepper.
- Spoon half of the sauce over the wings.
- Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
- Turn the wings over and spoon the remaining sauce over them.
- Microwave on high for an additional 6 minutes or until juices run clear when pricked with a fork.
- For the Dip:
- In a small bowl, combine diced celery, plain low-fat yogurt, crumbled blue cheese, and reduced-calorie mayonnaise.
- Serve the Spicy Orange Glazed Chicken Wings hot with the Tangy Blue Cheese Dip.
