Instructies
- In a small bowl, mix together the fat-free cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped green chilies, honey, and Louisiana-style hot sauce until well blended.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over two of the flour tortillas.
- Top each with diced cooked turkey breast, then cover with the remaining two tortillas, pressing lightly to seal.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the quesadillas in the skillet until lightly browned and heated through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
