Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoons of softened butter
  • 4 cups of boiled chickpeas
  • 4 cups of chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructies

  • Take a large saucepan.
  • Add the olive oil into the pan.
  • Add the chickpeas and spinach into the pan.
  • Add the salt, smoked paprika, lemon juice and black pepper on the vegetables.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the butter and chopped parsley on top of the chickpeas.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
