Spinach and mango bowl
Ingrediënten
- 300 g of natural yoghurt 1.8 % fat
- 20 g baby spinach
- 60 g Mango
- 60 g apple
- 60 g Vital muesli
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructies
- Wash and drain the spinach leaves.
- Peel and core the mango and cut into strips.
- Quarter and core the apple and cut into pieces.
- Pureefinely the spinach, apple pieces and half of the mango strips with yogurt.
- Pour the spinach smoothie into a bowl.
- Add vital muesli, chia seeds and mango and serve.
