Spinach and mango bowl

Ingrediënten

  • 300 g of natural yoghurt 1.8 % fat
  • 20 g baby spinach
  • 60 g Mango
  • 60 g apple
  • 60 g Vital muesli
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructies

  • Wash and drain the spinach leaves.
  • Peel and core the mango and cut into strips.
  • Quarter and core the apple and cut into pieces.
  • Pureefinely the spinach, apple pieces and half of the mango strips with yogurt.
  • Pour the spinach smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add vital muesli, chia seeds and mango and serve.
