Ingrediënten
- 300 g Beef steaks
- 125 g rice noodles
- 1 carrot
- 100 g sugar snap peas
- 10 g of pea sprouts
- 15 g ginger
- 1 ½ cloves of garlic
- 25 ml of vegetable stock
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 ½ tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch. Rice starch
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 5 g coriander leaves
Instructies
- Peel the ginger and garlic and puree with the rapeseed oil.
- Wash the steaks, pat dry and rub the ginger paste on them.
- Prepare rice noodles according to the package instructions.
- Peel the carrot and cut into fine strips.
- Clean the snow peas and cut into strips.
- Blanch the carrots and sugar snap peas in salted water for 3 minutes.
- Bring the honey, broth and soy sauces to the boil and stir in the starch.
- Add the sesame and sesame oil to the broth.
- Fry the steaks in a grill pan and cut into strips.
- Mix the pasta with the vegetables, spread the steak and sprouts on top and top with the sauce
